Delivery Charges

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across India.
There are no shipping charges applicable on any purchase made through the Sothys India website.

Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 48 hours.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Locations: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

During festivals, public holidays, weather disruptions, political disturbances, or unforeseen logistical delays, deliveries may take longer than usual. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or SMS.

Order Confirmation & Shipping Updates

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

After dispatch, you will receive a follow-up email or SMS containing your shipment and tracking details.

How Do I Track My Order?

Simply enter your order number and email ID used during purchase to view real-time shipment updates.

If You Are Unavailable at the Time of Delivery

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

To help ensure smooth delivery, please provide an accurate shipping address and active mobile number at checkout.

Damaged / Opened Package / Incorrect Product

Please do not accept any package that appears tampered with, opened, or damaged.

If you receive such a shipment or an incorrect product, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@abcbrands.in with photographs of the package and product.

Hidden Charges & Taxes

There are no hidden costs or additional charges.

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
The amount shown at checkout is the final amount payable.

Pincode Serviceability

Delivery availability depends on our courier partners’ network coverage.

Some locations or pincodes may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Courier service limitations
  • Remote area restrictions
  • Weather or political disruptions
  • Regulatory or legal restrictions

If Payment Is Made for a Non-Serviceable Pincode

In rare cases where an order is placed for a non-serviceable location, we will attempt alternate delivery arrangements through available courier partners.

If delivery is not possible, we will notify you and process a full refund to your original payment method.

International Shipping

Currently, the Sothys India website delivers only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
