Replacement & Refund Policy

At Sothys India, we strive to ensure you are delighted every time you shop with us. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  1. The product has arrived in a completely damaged condition
  2. The wrong product has been shipped
  3. The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


1. Products Received Damaged

Please do not accept any shipment that appears tampered with or visibly damaged. If you do receive a damaged shipment, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@abcbrands.in along with clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement within 15 working days, or
  • A full refund upon return of the original product(s)

2. Wrong Product Delivered

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@abcbrands.in.

Upon verification, we will:

  • Dispatch the correct product within 15 working days, or
  • Offer a full refund if the correct product is unavailable, upon return of the incorrectly delivered item(s)

3. Defective Products

If the product has a manufacturing defect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with details and supporting photographs/videos.

After inspection and approval, we will offer:

  • A replacement within 15 working days, or
  • A refund, depending on product availability and nature of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for any reasons other than those mentioned above.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on:

  • Items purchased using gift cards
  • Opened or used personal care products (unless defective)
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products showing signs of misuse, tampering, wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery

Return Conditions

We reserve the right to withhold a refund or replacement if:

  • The item is not returned in original condition
  • The packaging seal is broken or missing
  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • The request is raised after 24 hours from delivery

Return Shipping

If your return request is approved, return shipping and handling charges will be borne by Sothys India. Pickup arrangements will be made by us.


Refund Mode & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed via online transfer to the original payment source or shared bank details.

Refunds are generally completed within 7 working days from approval of the request.
